Forfar is one of our favourite club sites. Love watching your video travelogues, great for planning our future trips.

Lovely to see this site again in good weather. We pitched there two years ago for one night and a day. We didn't leave from the van. Torrential rain, black skies, mist, fog and hail, we had it all. A day spent indoors watching films on t.v. The site was absolutely lovely but the weather so bad that we didn't even leave the van to use their facilities. That in itself remains our great memory of Forfar !!! We'll be back one day xxx

We spent a very happy week there last year in our new caravan. Won’t forget it; we were out for the day enjoying the locality in the biggest downpour only to return and find we’d left our roof light wide open! 20 years on and still do daft things.

That’s one of the reasons we watch your arrivals Bob, to help us not to drive by some site entrances as we have also tootled by them.😅Enjoy ❤

Hi Bob & Jenny. Apologies, it was me and hubby who were very rudely pointing and staring at you. 😊 It was Poppy I recognised first then realised it was you and shouted, “there’s Bob & Jenny” hubby was saying ‘no way’ so we stared a bit too long. Very sorry if we made you uncomfortable. Was going to wave then realised how daft we would look. 😂😂 We had dropped our motorhome in to Perthshire Caravans for its annual habitation check and thought we’d have a run up to see what the Forfar site was like. Hope you had a lovely stay and apologies again.

Been to Forfar 3 times now, the last time was 2020 when we were released after lockdown, its only about 45 minutes away for us but we are put off by the park next door. We have heard that they have a lot of trouble from people on there at night with items being thrown over the fence. Its a shame as we love the site. Hope you have a good tour, we like to see where you get to. Just got a new caravan from perthshire caravans.

We got to see the approach from both directions Bob, which is useful, so nothing to worry about. We live in Fife just about an hour away but haven't stayed there yet. Keen to give it a try now.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to skip forwards and miss all that beautiful scenery. What a lovely site. Thanks to Jenny for all the info she read out...and i did laugh at her finding where the nearest A&E was😂 take care ❤

Blame the person who set the sat nav info , quite often find junctions etc not as they actually are , you at least didnt go down the street as instructed by the sat nav , love the area , alwayds find your arrivals good to watch , nice to get the heads up on the route , btw your dash cam has the old reg on it still 👍

A visit to Campbelltown is useless unless one visits Linda in the library garden. We walked around back and in, so as not to disturb the "readers" !!!

One of my favourite sites ... will be there in a couple of weeks as the last stop on my annual Aberdeenshire tour. NB the road through the park has always been one way once passed the site

We stayed at the Ardrossan ferry car park on our way back from Scotland in April £5 and secure, we turned right at the first cross roads out of the town and more or less followed the coast to Ayr. Also in all the years we have been using a Sat Nav we have never used the voice guidance we find we follow the map better.❤ We have had an enforced break from watching many RUclipsrs because we have been looking after our daughter’s dog and he barks at any animal that appears on the screen😊

We have air suspension fitted and it’s great to improve the ride and help lift the back end (we had a water tank catching on the drive) it’s only pretty average At levelling on a pitch. Helps a bit but not as good as the proper levelling we had on our last van. Ours is just 6m so the leveling issue will be worse on your extra long vehicle

Hello Both great idea to do a video on the issues of viewing on a smart TV as you can’t leave comments, etc we always have to watch on our iPads. Take care ❤️

We are going to France via la shuttle for the first time in September. One question we have is is it ok to take food supplies into France in the motorhome as we know taking dairy products for example are not allowed from the uk into europe when you fly. Thanks for any help.

Hi - so we have the same layout of beds in our Adria Compact but both bed bases are slatted - the only solid section is in the middle top bit - we will be still interested to know how you go on with it! 😊

Renewal of your C1 licence at 70 you can't do it online if you do your new licence will not have C1 entitlement it must be done by post with forms D2 and D4

Hi, Bob and Jenny from the Blue Hills campsite on the hills above St Agnes in Cornwall. I'm here with my two cats Moses and Jesse enjoying the first of four nights in my self built campervan. I spent three nights in a lovely campsite with on site swimming pool, bar and restaurant plus other things. It was called White hill Country Park and Camping near Paignton in Devon. I live in Swindon in Wiltshire.

Looks OK, I can see the air flow holes. But it dosent appear to lift the mattress high enough, to allow the air to circulate. It will be interesting to see how you get on with it.

The Woods is lovely, we really enjoyed that, been a couple of times, once when we hired a van, once in the CV, the backdrop of the hills is lovely and the food was nice in the on-site restaurant if you fancy that. - sure you will enjoy - be interesting to see how you get on. Our daughter in law is Danish, we went over last year for their wedding and it's beautiful. They may move there and if they do we'll go again.

We have fitted the same (different name but same product - of Ebay) in our new van with has the same layout 👍

Have used this under the bed for years but not for damp as the bed base is slatted, but to support the mattress as it used to sag. It is now great and has been since fitting the ship shape matting.

Great thanks I'll get some, we didn't get any issues last winter with condensation but better safe than sorry ❤
